沿革

History

1969年7月07/1969	神戸市兵庫区に工業用材料販売会社・大成工材株式会社設立Established Taisai Kozai Co., Ltd. in Kobe City, Hyogo Pref.
1971年6月06/1971	石川義昭、代表取締役に就任Yoshiaki Ishikawa appointed President.
1977年8月08/1977	フレキシブルシャフトを大阪フレキシブル工業（株）と共同開発。Jointly developed a flexible shaft with Osaka Flexible Industry Co., Ltd.
1978年8月08/1978	資本金を600万円に増資Capital increased to 6 million yen.
1979年8月08/1979	東大阪市本庄中に本社ビル購入、移転。神戸を営業所として残す Head office moved to Higashi-Osaka City, Kobe office remained as sales branch.
1980年9月09/1980	資本金を1000万円に増資 Capital increased to 10 million yen.
1990年11月11/1990	フレキシブルシャフト専用、特殊潤滑剤「ゴマゲックス」日本石油と共同開発Co-developed exclusive lubricant for flexible shaft, GOMAGEX, with Nippon Oil Corporation.
1992年1月01/1992	東大阪市加納に工場新築、操業開始 Established new factory in Higashi-Osaka city and started operation.
1992年1月01/1992	真空含浸装置設備によるノングリースフレキシブルシャフト生産開始Started production of Non-grease flexible shaft by original vacuum impregnation equipment.
1992年3月03/1992	（財）大阪府研究開発型企業振興財団より投資を受け、資本金1,400万円に増資Received an investment from Osaka Research and Development Company Association and increased its capital to 14 million yen.
1995年2月02/1995	ノングリースフレキシブルシャフトの米国及び主要EC諸国特許取得Obtained US and major European countries patent for non-grease flexible shaft.
1996年10月10/1996	ノングリースフレキシブルシャフトの日本特許取得Obtained a Japanese patent for non-grease flexible shaft.
1997年3月03/1997	台湾駐在所設置Established Taiwan office.
1998年3月03/1998	フレキシブルシャフト用TSライナー開発（日本、米国、欧州諸国に特許出願）Developed TS Liner for flexible shaft (Applied patent for Japan, US and European countries)
2000年2月02/2000	TSライナー、米国特許取得Obtained US patent for TS-Lner
2001年3月03/2001	中国広東省中山市に中国工場設立（中山富来社）Established subsidiary in China, Frasier Ltd.
2001年11月11/2011	資本金2,000万円に増資Capital increased to 20 million yen.
2002年6月06/2002	栗原俊哉、代表取締役社長に就任。石川社長は会長に就任 Toshiya Kurihara appointed President, Yoshiaki Ishikawa appointed CEO.
2004年10月04/2004	大阪中小企業投資育成会社よりの出資を受け資本金4,000万円に増資 Received an investment from Osaka Small and Medium Business Investment & Consultation Co., Ltd. and increased its capital to 40 million yen.
2004年12月12/2004	中山富来社が中国広東省坦洲鎮の新工場（4835㎡）に移転Frasier Ltd. moved to its new factory at Tanzhou Town, Guangdong, China
2005年11月11/2005	中山富来社に本格的フレキシブルシャフトライン（φ6）完成Frasier built new line for flexible shaft
2006年6月06/2006	株式会社モナックを吸収合併し株式会社大成モナックと社名変更するAcquired Monac Co., lTD. and changes company name to Taisei Monac Co., Ltd.
2008年7月07/2008	石川会長が代表取締役を退任 Yoshiaki Ishikawa resigned CEO.
2011年8月08/2011	中山富来社 ISO14001/9001取得Frasier obtained ISO14001/9001 certification
2012年6月06/2012	台湾事務所が支店となり組立事業がスタートTaiwan branch started assembly business
2013年7月07/2013	３Dプリンター（3D System社製）導入。8月には3Dスキャナー（Solutionix社製）導入Introduced 3D printer (3D System) and 3D scanner (Solutionix)
2015年9月09/2015	台湾支店に焼結部品生産設備を導入し焼結部品の内製化を開始Taiwan branch started in-house production of sintered parts
2015年10月10/2015	米国での販売強化に向け TAISEI MONAC USA Inc. を設立Established TAISEI MONAC USA Inc.
2016年11月11/2016	5軸マシニング機（DMU50-DMG森精機社製）を導入 大阪モノづくり優良企業賞2016受賞Introduced 5-axis processing machine Won the Osaka Manufacturing Excellence Company Award 2016
2017年4月04/2017	台湾支店（工場） ISO9001取得Taiwan Branch obtained ISO9001 certification
2019年7月07/2019	会社創立50周年を迎えるMarked 50th year in business
2021年2月02/2021	中西勇、代表取締役社長に就任。栗原社長は取締役を退任し会長に就任 Yu Nakanishi appointed President, Toshiya Kurihara resigned Director and appointed Chairman.
2021年3月03/2021	東大阪商工会議所の主催する「2020年度東大阪モノづくり大賞」において銀賞を受賞Won a Silver Award at 2020 Higashi-Osaka Manufacturing Grand Prix
2022年11月11/2022	東大阪税務署より優良申告法人に認定される（2007年に次いで）Classified as Excellent Company for tax filing by Higashi-Osaka Tax Office.
