Outdoor Power Equipment Division is supplying the parts to mainly Outdoor Power Equipment manufacturer through our subsidiary factories in China and Taiwan and sub-supplier under our quality control. Our R&D department undertake joint product development and Manufacturing department undertake consignment production.

Message from the President

大成モナックは1969年、神戸市にて工業用材料商社として創業いたしました。
1979年には東大阪市に本社移転し工場を設立。
万能散布ホース、ノングリースフレキシブルシャフトなど数々の新製品を世に送り出してまいりました。
1989年からは欧州、北米への輸出を開始し、1997年に台湾、1999年に中国に工場を設立。
研究開発と海外展開を積極的に進め、グローバルなものづくり企業へと成長してきました。
2006年には、3Dプリンターや注型、マシニング技術を有する工業モデル、試作メーカーを吸収合併し、
試作から量産まで一貫した体制を確立。
現在は「焼結・粉末冶金」「フレキシブルシャフト」「アルミ押出」「屋外作業機OEM受託生産」「プロダクトモデル」を事業の柱とし、さらなる研究開発に注力しています。
輸出国は10か国以上に広がり、中国、台湾に続く第三の生産拠点も検討中です。
社員の国籍は5か国に及び、英語や中国語が飛び交う職場には女性管理職も多く在籍。
国籍、年齢、性別、慣習にとらわれないダイバーシティ経営を実践しています。

Taisei Monac was founded in 1969 in Kobe as a distributor specializing in industrial materials.
In 1979, we relocated our headquarters to Higashi-Osaka and established our first factory. Since then, we have introduced numerous new products to the market, including multi‑purpose spraying hoses and non‑grease flexible shafts.

Beginning in 1989, we expanded our business overseas, exporting to Europe and North America. We established manufacturing facilities in Taiwan in 1997 and in China in 1999. Through active investment in research and development and global expansion, we have grown into an international manufacturing company.

In 2006, we integrated a prototype manufacturer equipped with 3D printing, casting, and machining technologies, establishing a seamless production system from prototyping to mass production. Today, our core businesses include sintering and powder metallurgy, flexible shafts, aluminum extrusion, OEM production of outdoor power equipment, and product modeling, with continued emphasis on research and development.

Our export destinations now span more than ten countries, and we are currently considering a third production base following China and Taiwan. Our employees come from five different countries, and our workplace—where English and Chinese are commonly spoken—includes many women in management roles. We are committed to diversity management that transcends nationality, age, gender, and cultural norms.
