当社台湾工場では成型・焼結・熱処理炉などの粉末冶金製造の設備を備え、
主に遠心クラッチ・ギヤ・スプロケット・ロータポンプ・カム・含油軸受などの焼結部品を内製しています。
基本工程は【混ぜる】【押し固める】【焼く】となり、最大の特徴は加工なしで複雑形状を製作することです。
自社生産の強みとして低コスト、小ロット対応が可能です。

焼結材料はSMF5040、SMF4050、SMF4040など
シンターハードニングやスチーム処理、メッキなどの表面処理も可能です。
 Our Taiwan factory is equipped with powder metallurgy manufacturing equipment such as molding, sintering, and heat treatment furnaces.
We mainly manufacture sintered parts such as centrifugal clutches, gears, sprockets, rotor pumps, cams, and oil-impregnated bearings in-house.
The basic process is [mixing], [compacting], and [sintering], and the biggest feature is to make a complicated shape without processing.
As an advantage of in-house production, we can handle low cost and small lots.
Sintered materials are SMF5040, SMF4050, SMF4040, etc.
Surface treatments such as sinter hardening, steam treatment, and plating are also possible.

製造工程

硬鋼線の芯線から、硬鋼線を複数層に巻き上げ熱処理を加えて生産します。
伝達トルク、曲げ角度の要求に合わせて材料や線構成の設計を行います。

当社では従来の潤滑剤の塗布方法とは異なり 独自に開発した真空含浸装置の使用により、
フレキシブルシャフトを構成するエレメントワイヤの1本1本に特殊潤滑剤（日本石油と共同開発品 ＧＭＸ-5)を含浸することに成功しました。
定期的なグリスアップのメンテナンスが必要となりますが、このメンテナンスの頻度を少なくすると同時にシャフトのライフタイムを大幅に改善することが可能となりました。
フレキシブルシャフトは離れた2点間の回転運動を伝達するのに最も簡単な方法として、あらゆる産業界で採用されています。
 The carbon steel wire is wound from the single core wire to multiple layers and heat-treated.
We design materials and wire configurations according to the requirements of transmission torque and bending angle.
Unlike the conventional lubricant application method, we use a vacuum impregnation device that we have developed independently.
We have succeeded in impregnating each element wire that makes up the flexible shaft with a special lubricant (GMX-5, a product jointly developed with Nippon Oil).
It has become possible to reduce the frequency of this maintenance and at the same time significantly improve the life time of shaft.
Flexible shafts are used in all industries as the easiest way to transmit rotational motion between two distant points.

当社のフレキシブルライナーは耐熱、耐油ゴムと特殊圧延鋼の使用により軽量かつ柔軟性に富み、加えてシャフト保護のためのR規制も可能です。
両端の金具はパイプのバルジ工法で製作され 当社によって初めて採用されました。
また、環境規制に対応したゴム材料の使用も可能です。
 Our flexible liner is lightweight and flexible due to the use of heat resistant and oil resistant rubber and special rolled steel, and can also be radius-regulated to protect the shaft.
The metal fittings at both ends were manufactured by the bulge manufacturing method of pipes and were developed for the first time by our company.
It is also possible to use rubber materials that comply with environmental regulations.

当社中国工場（富来社）では、センタレス研磨・ホブ・フライス加工機・高周波焼入れの設備を備え、1500mm程度の長尺駆動軸を製造しています。
高精度の矯正、加工、研磨技術にて振れを0.70以下に抑えることで、抵抗トルクを減らし、振動や発熱、電動モーターなどの電力ロスを最大限に抑えます。
 Our China factory (Frasier Ltd.) is equipped with centerless polishing, hob, milling machine, and induction hardening equipment, and manufactures the solid drive shafts.
By suppressing runout to 0.70 or less with high-precision correction, processing, and polishing technology, resistance torque is reduced and power loss such as vibration, heat generation, and electric motors is minimized.

当社中国工場（富来社）では、マシニングセンター、NC旋盤を備え、主にADCや押出部品の機械加工を行っております。
ギヤボックスのハウジング加工など、高い精度要求にも対応。
また、本社工場では5軸マシニングセンターを備え、アルミ加工による簡易金型などを製作しています。
 Our China factory (Frasier Ltd.) is equipped with a machining center and NC lathe, and mainly performs machining of ADC and extruded part.
We can meet high precision requirements such as gearbox housing machining.
In addition, the head office factory is equipped with a 5-axis machining center and manufactures dies by aluminum machining.

当社中国工場（富来社）は押出設備を備え、樹脂を押出成形しています。
星形などの複雑な断面形状も成型可能です。昨今のPA66原材料コスト高騰の対策として、PA66代替材料の開発に成功しました。
 Our China factory (Frasier Ltd.) is equipped with extrusion equipment.
Complex cross-sectional shapes such as stars can also be molded. As a counter proposal against the recent rise in PA66 raw material costs, we have succeeded in developing a PA66 alternative material.

環境規制に対応したゴム材料も使用可能です。

At head factory and China factory (Frasier Ltd.), we carry out OEM contract production of outdoor power equipment and sub-assemblies and ship them domestically and internationally.
Integrated production of design, prototyping, evaluation, manufacturing, and quality control is possible in-house.
